Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and other regulatory requirements.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including finalization of accounts.

· Conduct variance analysis and prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.

· Support in audits (statutory, internal, tax, etc.) and coordinate with auditors.

· Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions including leases, revenue recognition, financial instruments under Ind AS.

· Implement and ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).

· Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and relevant regulatory developments.

· Liaise with cross-functional teams (taxation, legal, operations) to ensure alignment in financial practices.

. Coordinate with external / Internal auditors to close audit and compliance requirements effectively

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 years of post-qualification experience preferably exposure to Manufacturing Industry.

Key Competencies:

· In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

· Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP software SAP.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
