As an early-stage startup with global traction We're looking for a visionary CTO
to lead our technology roadmap and build the next generation of AI-driven voice automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the overall technical vision and product roadmap across AI, telephony, and enterprise integrations.
  • Evaluate and integrate open-source + proprietary models (ASR, TTS, LLMs, embeddings) into scalable pipelines.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and low-latency architecture to handle millions of concurrent calls.

Product Development & Engineering

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team (Java backend, frontend, Python AI/ML, DevOps/Kubernetes).
  • Drive design and development of APIs, dashboards, and call analytics platforms.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure (multi-cloud/Kubernetes, on-prem GPU clusters, CI/CD pipelines).

AI/ML & Voice Tech Innovation

  • Advance multilingual TTS, ASR, and LLM prompt engineering for human-like AI conversations.
  • Build IP in areas like real-time speech synthesis, embeddings, and post-call analytics.
  • Guide applied research and POCs with enterprises and CPaaS partners.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA readiness with secure logging, encryption, and RBAC.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance for telecom and AI deployments globally.

Team & Culture

  • Hire, mentor, and scale high-performance engineering + AI teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and speed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical leadership
    in AI, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in
    AI/ML (LLMs, TTS, ASR)
    ,
    cloud infra (Kubernetes, multi-cloud, GPUs)
    , and
    telephony (SIP, CPaaS, RTC)
    .
  • Proven ability to
    scale systems to millions of users/transactions
    with low latency.
  • Prior experience in
    startup/early-stage environments
    and building products from zero to scale.
  • Strong knowledge of
    security, compliance, and enterprise readiness
    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to balance hands-on execution with high-level vision.
