We need a tech leader who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that make a real impact in the lives of millions. If you're an experienced CTO with expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI-driven personalization, and building world-class products at scale, we want you on our team

What You'll Do:

Lead the tech vision for , driving the platform's evolution through new technologies, AI/ML innovations, and enhanced user experiences.

Oversee all aspects of software engineering, architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security, ensuring scalability and performance for millions of users worldwide.

Build and lead a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Drive the adoption of AI/ML for smarter matchmaking, fraud detection, and personalized user experiences.

Ensure top-notch security and compliance with global standards, including GDPR and other regulations.

Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align technology with business and user needs.

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of experience in the tech industry, including 5+ years in leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, Technical Co-founder).

Proven experience building and scaling high-traffic platforms, particularly in consumer-facing industries (e.g., dating, social, e-commerce, or SaaS).

Expertise in Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Backend technologies , Python, Java, Go), and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Strong knowledge of AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment across engineering, product, and business goals.

Experience in managing platform security, privacy, and scalability for large, global audiences.

Familiarity with Islamic culture and halal relationship norms is a plus
