Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate and dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead our people development efforts across our hostel network. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs that empower our staff to deliver unforgettable guest experiences, foster an inclusive team culture, and grow their careers. You'll champion continuous learning, drive performance, and embed our brand values into every level of the employee journey.

P.S. - Only from Hotel industry candidate will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Design and implement engaging onboarding programs for new team members.
  • Develop and deliver role-specific training across departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, community team).
  • Facilitate workshops on soft skills (guest interaction, communication, problem-solving) and leadership development.
  • Partner with department heads to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Learning Strategy & Culture

  • Build a culture of continuous learning and development in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training initiatives using feedback, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning and internal growth paths.

Learning Tools & Systems

  • Manage and optimize use of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Develop digital training modules and e-learning resources for remote or multi-site learning.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new tools or learning approaches.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, Operations, and Property Managers to align L&D with business needs.
  • Support change management initiatives through training and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal training requirements.

  • Only from Hotel background will be preferred.
  • Having good experience in L&D.
  • Collaborations with good colleges.
  • Must have knowledge of all departments.
