We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience in full-stack development projects (frontend, backend, APIs, workflows).
  • Strong understanding of Banking/Financial Services domain (e.g., payments, lending, compliance, or operations).
  • Hands-on experience with user story creation, acceptance criteria, wireframes, BPMN workflows.
  • Familiarity with technologies like Angular, Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, Camunda (conceptual level; not coding).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
