Role & responsibilities
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adapt quickly, and support the HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support in attendance management.
- Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR team in handling employee queries and grievances.
- Assist in HR documentation, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 02 years of experience in HR or related internship experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Male candidate (preferred due to role requirements such as travel and handling project site HR activities).
- Willing to take initiative and handle responsibilities independently.
- Flexible and open to working across various HR functions.
- Willing to handle project site HR activities also.
- Proficient communication in English and can manage Hindi as well.
