  • Proficiency in Training and Instructional Design to create impactful and engaging learning materials and strategies.
  • Customer Service skills to empathetically address concerns and ensure satisfying learning experiences.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple training programs efficiently.
  • Prior experience in financial services or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
