- Key Responsibilities. Contact potential customers via phone to promote personal loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Assess customer needs and provide suitable loan options.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service.
- Follow up with interested customers to ensure loan application completion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, company policies, and loan products.
- Requirements. Education:High school diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience:1+ years of telesales experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services. (Freshers with good communication skills may apply.).
