Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in
    corporates, consulting firms, and educational institutions
    .
  • Drive
    end-to-end business development
    — from lead generation and demos to closure and account management.
  • Understand client talent challenges and recommend suitable
    psychometric assessment solutions
    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and leadership teams.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent pipeline management.
  • Conduct webinars, presentations, and training sessions to showcase product value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customized proposals and client onboarding.
  • Stay updated on trends in psychometrics, HR tech, and behavioral analytics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4–10 years of experience in
    B2B sales / HR solutions / L&D consulting / psychometric tools
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    HR processes, assessments, and behavioral tools
    (DISC, MBTI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or remotely.
  • Prior experience in
    HR tech, assessment platforms, or consulting
    preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR, Psychology, or Marketing preferred.
  • Certification or familiarity with
    DISC / behavioral assessments
    is an advantage.
