Designation - Business Development Manager

Location - Faridabad/ Chennai / Mumbai

Salary - up to 15 LPA

As Manager-Business Development, you will be responsible for business development in India Market. Will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand markets and drive business growth while also enabling increased revenue from current accounts. Build and maintain strategic partnerships and nurture relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

We need people with 5-6 years who have exp in selling any kind of ERP and if they are from textile background that would be the best.

Candidate should be doing farming in sales.

This role requires offline sales, means person will be on field 90% of the time. Anyone who is doing online sales will not fit in.

Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for sales in the Indian market for our SaaS Product.

Ø Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by proactively engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and successfully closing deals. This is a field-intensive role that requires frequent client visits, lead generation, and hands-on market engagement to drive sales growth.

Ø Independently managing deal size of INR 50 L ARR in the past

Ø Coordinating with Pre-sales team on getting Demos / POCs conducted.

Ø Proposal preparation, conducting commercial negotiations leading to closure and contracting.

Ø Collecting payments from customers and manage customer relationship.

Ø Strong communication skills with ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of companies.

Qualification:

Ø Overall 5-8 years of experience in outbound and direct sales preferably in the garment industry.

Ø Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions.

Ø Solid business development & acquisition experience

Ø Strong relationship and account management skills

Ø Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance

Ø Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently

Ø Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels - internally as well as externally

Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ø Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs
