Job Overview:
The Mid Corporate Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by managing relationships with mid-sized corporate clients, acquiring new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong understanding of corporate sales, market trends, and strategic planning to expand the company's footprint in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new mid-sized corporate clients to expand the business portfolio.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Drive sales through a consultative approach, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams such as product, operations, and finance to deliver optimal client solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members as needed.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in corporate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in mid-corporate sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
