We are looking for a Client Services Executive (CRM) to manage customer interactions, coordinate service requests, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam and English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to coordinate effectively with technicians, suppliers, and customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Capture customer inquiries and schedule installations, deliveries, and service calls.

Coordinate with brands, suppliers, and technicians for timely resolution.

Keep customers informed at every stage of the service process.

Collect customer feedback after service completion.

Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM software.

Handle customer escalations calmly and provide appropriate solutions.

Work closely with the internal team to ensure prompt and effective customer support.


Required Skills:

Fluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi optional).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good phone and WhatsApp etiquette.

Strong listening, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.

Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit.


Qualifications:

Minimum: +2 pass

Preferred: Bachelor's degree

CRM or Customer Support experience is an added advantage (freshers welcome).

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
