Position Summary
You will engage with healthcare professionals across Guntur to build trust and deliver value that improves patient care. You will develop territory plans, share clear scientific insights, and work with internal colleagues to meet business goals. - Build and sustain respectful relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in your territory.
- Create and follow a territory business plan using local customer insight to prioritise activity.
- Share clear, science-based information with healthcare professionals to support informed decisions.
- Track activity and results accurately and keep records using company systems.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
- Keep learning about local market trends, clinical evidence and ways to improve how you work.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
- Comfort discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to use customer insight and data to guide actions.
- Fluency in Telugu and other local languages of the Guntur area.
- High motivation to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
