Role and Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager Marketing [shopping mall]
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
Reports To: Mall Centre Head
Role Objective: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to drive footfall, enhance tenant sales, and strengthen the mall's brand positioning. The role involves planning and executing promotional events, digital campaigns, seasonal activities, and public relations initiatives in coordination with tenants and management.
Key Job Role and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with mall objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create effective campaigns to attract them.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
2. Events & Promotions
- Plan, organize, and execute mall-wide events, seasonal festivals, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with event partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
- Coordinate with tenants for in-store promotions and joint campaigns.
3. Digital Marketing & Branding
- Oversee social media management, content creation, and online advertising.
- Maintain and update the mall's website and digital platforms.
- Develop brand-building campaigns to enhance the mall's image and visibility.
4. Public Relations & Media
- Build relationships with local media, influencers, and bloggers.
- Draft press releases and manage media coverage.
- Handle public relations to maintain a positive image of the mall.
5. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct regular footfall analysis and customer feedback surveys.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Provide insights to improve marketing ROI and sales performance.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with leasing, operations, and facility teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Engage with retailers to support their marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail/shopping malls.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, events, and brand management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.

- Increase in mall footfall and tenant sales.
- Social media engagement and follower growth.
- Successful execution of events within budget and timelines.
