We are looking for a
Senior Database Developer
with strong experience in
database design, integration, and backend development
within
Capital Markets / Asset Management
. The candidate will work on high-performance financial applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and optimized data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Work closely with application developers to integrate
    Java, Spring Boot, MVC, REST APIs, and Messaging Queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
    with databases.
  • Implement and maintain
    database solutions (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
    for financial applications.
  • Collaborate on deployment and automation using
    JBoss/Tomcat, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins
    .
  • Support
    data integration, migration, and ETL processes
    for trading, risk, and asset management systems.
  • Ensure
    performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, and data security
    for mission-critical applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate Capital Market/Asset Management requirements into scalable database solutions.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience as a
    Database Developer
    or
    Senior Backend Developer (DB-focused)
    .
  • Expertise in
    SQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
    database systems.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Java, Spring Boot, MVC, REST APIs
    for integration.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Kafka/RabbitMQ
    messaging.
  • Proficiency with
    JBoss, Tomcat, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins
    .
  • Solid experience in
    Capital Markets / Asset Management domain
    (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
