Opening for Oracle Database Administrator

Role: Oracle Database Administrator

Location: Airoli (Mumbai).

Experience: 1+ Years.

Job Specifications:

Manage and administer Oracle databases across multiple environments including development, testing, and production.

In-depth knowledge of database concepts, architecture, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with database installation, configuration, and administration on single and RAC database.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot database issues independently.

Install, configure, and upgrade database software and related tools.

Design and implement database solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

Perform database tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Implement and maintain database security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.

Monitor database performance and capacity and proactively address issues to prevent downtime.

Plan and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.

Collaborate with developers and other IT teams to support database-related application development and deployment activities.

Create and maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and standards.

Proficiency in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.

Experience with database security, backup, restoration and recovery, and high availability solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) are preferred.
