Job Summary

RDBYTES is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and support the organisation's growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, payroll management, KPI tracking, and employee exits. This role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain and process monthly payroll with accuracy.
  • Track, monitor, and report employee KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination processes professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across all departments.
  • Support employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
  • Experience in payroll management and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR tools, MS Excel, and documentation.
