Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical layouts integrated within precast concrete panels and elements.
  • Coordinate MEP requirements with structural and architectural teams to ensure clash-free embedded services.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, mechanical schematics, and technical specifications using AutoCAD/Revit or similar BIM software.
  • Conduct mechanical analysis related to precast systems (ventilation openings, insulation, fire rating, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IS codes, etc.) and project-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with production and site teams to ensure design feasibility and ease of installation.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, embedded items, and connection detailing.
  • Support value engineering and system optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in design review meetings and provide technical inputs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
