Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret MEP design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of MEP works at the site.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure all MEP activities are aligned with architectural and structural works.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Identify technical problems and provide effective engineering solutions on-site.
  • Verify and certify contractor bills as per actual MEP work completed.
  • Coordinate with project architects, civil engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to Gujarat Housing Boards policies, safety guidelines, and environmental norms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical from a recognized institute.

  • Experience:

  • 58 years of experience in MEP works in residential, commercial, or government housing projects.

  • Experience with government housing boards or public sector projects preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.

  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical layouts, water supply, and drainage systems.

  • Familiarity with energy-efficient and sustainable design practices.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong coordination and communication abilities.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
