Position: BDO (Allied B2B, B2C Sales)

Responsibilities -

  • Channel Expansion:

* Expand the CC Channel network, DC (B2B Routine), and L to L clients within the assigned geographical area.

* Implement CC Channel marketing strategies and align CCs to execute trade promotion campaigns to increase footfall.

* Drive B2C and B2B business to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, as well as client onboarding targets.

* Conduct market research to identify new channel opportunities and track competitors.

* Ensure full compliance with all SOPs.

  • BTL Marketing & CME Activation:

* Plan and execute BTL marketing activities, including RWA camps, in-clinic promotions, and kiosks.

* Ensure effective execution by CCs and measure the ROI.

* Establish connections between doctors and CCs in the local area.

* Drive CME/RTMs with Gynae/GPs/CPs for routine business.

  • Education & Experience:

* Graduate ( Preferably B.Sc./ B.Pharm).

* MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Healthcare, with at least 2-3 years in Diagnostics Sales/Channel. Prior Pharma Sales experience is beneficial.

Should have a strong understanding of business, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a good team player.
