Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Infrastructure Engineer who has hands-on experience

in managing core IT systems and tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and

supporting our IT infrastructure, including backups, telephony, directory services, and server

management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Cohesity Backup solutions
  • Administration and troubleshooting of Ninja One RMM platform
  • Manage Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
  • Plan and execute File Server Migrations
  • Setup, configure and maintain 3CX Telephony Systems
  • Maintain and support Windows Server Environments (File Server, AD Server, DNS, DHCP,

etc.)

  • Support users with Office 365 and other productivity tools
  • Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Monitor system performance and provide proactive solutions
  • Document all infrastructure changes and maintain system logs
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in IT Infrastructure Management
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Cohesity Backup solutions
  • Working knowledge of NinjaOne
  • Experience with AD & Azure AD administration
  • Hands-on experience with File Server migration
  • Experience managing 3CX Telephony Systems
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration and support
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
