Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design for building projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of design codes and construction practices, and a passion for engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to manage design deliverables
  • Review and manage drawings, BOQs, and design documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in developing design presentations and concept boards for client approvals
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, project specifications, and statutory norms
  • Lead structural design for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects
  • Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and design documentation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and site engineers to deliver integrated solutions
  • Conduct structural analysis using software tools such as STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in structural design for building projects
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes and international standards
