The Role:

We're seeking a Data Analyst / Software Engineer to join our engineering team on a 3-month contract. This hands-on role will focus on managing and visualizing data across multiple machine learning pipelines. You'll collaborate with developers and ML engineers to create internal dashboards, automate workflows, and provide intuitive visual insights into large-scale video datasets. This role is ideal for someone independent and fast-moving, comfortable in a startup environment, and with strong Python and visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build internal dashboards to monitor ML metrics, contributor performance, and data quality
  • Develop lightweight visualization tools and custom reporting APIs
  • Write clean, maintainable Python code to support pipeline analytics and automation
  • Design HITL (human-in-the-loop) annotation feedback workflows
  • Collaborate on prompt engineering and LLM-assisted tooling

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience coding in Python
  • Experience building data visualizations (custom dashboards, APIs, or with frameworks/tools)
  • Solid understanding of ML pipeline structure and tracking metrics
  • Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering concepts
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a remote and agile setting

Work Schedule:

  • Experience with Airflow, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or video-based datasets
  • Experience integrating LLMs into dev workflows or internal tools
  • Exposure to building developer platforms, analytics layers, or feedback tools
