Job Description:

Leadspace is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and enhance client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in media, advertising, or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM software).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on client needs.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Track client feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor client engagement and suggest strategies for retention and upselling.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, or client coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Knowledge of CRM software/tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
