Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client communication through phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
  • Assist clients with product details, order updates, and after-sales service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service/CRM, preferably in luxury retail (shopping malls, premium apparel brands, jewelry stores, or similar).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.
  • Personality: Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented with the ability to handle high-value clients.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and professional email/phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
