Role Overview:
We are urgently hiring a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader to manage, mentor, and guide a high-performing telesales and business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, developing strategies to maximize performance, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and monitor a telesales/business development team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to improve performance.
- Develop sales scripts, pitch strategies, and effective lead conversion techniques.
- Track, analyze, and report team performance metrics on a daily/weekly basis.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
- Coordinate with management to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and keep the team updated on new financial offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader/Assistant Manager in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving aggressive targets.
- Knowledge of financial products and customer relationship management will be an advantage.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
