We're seeking an experienced Tele Sales Team Leader to lead a team of telesales representatives in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in telesales, leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

2. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.

3. Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.

4. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and support, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Sales Manager, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges.

6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a leadership role.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

3. Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.

4. Team Management: Experience in managing and developing a team of sales representatives.

5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.

2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
