We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Telecalling to manage, lead, and motivate a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality and compliance, and implementing strategies to optimize productivity and conversions. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Leadership:
Manage, lead, and motivate a team of telecallers to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or service targets.
- Performance Monitoring & Coaching:
Monitor telecalling activities and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve individual and team performance.
- Performance Tracking:
Track and analyze key performance metrics including number of calls made, conversions, call quality, and adherence to targets.
- Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure strict adherence to call scripts, quality standards, and company policies across all telecaller activities.
- Task Allocation:
Assign daily/weekly calling tasks and targets to team members based on business needs and individual capabilities.
- Escalation Management:
Handle escalated customer queries or issues efficiently and ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
- Reporting:
Generate and submit regular performance and productivity reports to senior management, with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Strategy Implementation:
Implement innovative strategies and process improvements to boost overall team productivity and conversion rates.
- Team Discipline & Culture:
Maintain discipline, encourage teamwork, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Meetings & Reviews:
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and formal performance reviews to discuss progress, set goals, and address concerns.
- Recruitment & Training:
Collaborate with the HR or hiring team to recruit, onboard, and train new telecallers when required.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Team Leader or supervisory role in a telecalling/telemarketing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of call center software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in telecalling/customer support roles with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
