Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Noida. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services, and overseeing the accuracy and integrity of background checks. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, managing client accounts, resolving any issues that arise, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management and account management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the background verification industry or related field is a plus
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
