MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues within the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Incident Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets, working within defined SLAs to provide timely resolutions.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 CRM and other related modules.
- Customization Support: Assist with customizations, such as plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering and product delivery teams to understand requirements and contribute to project needs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to users experiencing issues with the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Deep technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for explaining technical issues to diverse users.
- User Configuration: Experience with user configurations, data import, and export within Dynamics 365.
- Customer Service: Ability to manage user demands, provide support, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Microsoft Certifications: Ideally, candidates hold Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications or are pursuing them.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹116,537.40 per month
