Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  2. Content Creation: Produce engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.

  3. Social Media Management: Monitor, update, and manage all company social media channels, including responding to users and creating campaigns.

  4. Digital Advertising: Create, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and social media to maximize ROI.

  5. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights.

  6. Web Presence: Maintain and update the company website to ensure content is fresh, informative, and appealing.

  7. Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital efforts.

Required Skills

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and use analytics tools to measure campaign performance.

Creative Skills: Proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and understanding of design software (e.g., Photoshop).

Technical Skills: Familiarity with web design, content management systems, and web analytics tools.

Adaptability: Ability to stay current with the latest digital media trends, tools, and technologies.
