Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Marketer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is enthusiastic about digital media and looking to gain real-time experience in campaign management, Meta Ads, and client handling. You'll be actively involved in planning, executing, and reporting on social media activities for both internal and client brands.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite
  • May also be required to work on other platforms when required, so must be open to learning and adapting to new tools and trends

Social Media Ad Management

  • Assist in planning and running basic ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor ad performance and support the team with reporting

Media Plan & Budget Estimation

  • Assist in creating media plans for new campaigns or clients
  • Support in preparing cost estimates and proposal drafts for new client inquiries

Competitor & Business Research

  • Conduct basic research on competitors' social media strategies and trending content
  • Assist in identifying what works well in the industry to help improve our campaigns

Content Coordination

  • Assist in developing social media post ideas and captions
  • Work with the design team to prepare creatives based on campaign goals
  • Schedule posts and stories across platforms using Meta Business Suite

Account Management

  • Monitor page activity, reply to comments and DMs professionally
  • Ensure all profiles are updated with correct branding and links

Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
  • Interest in digital campaigns and social media strategy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
