Location: Kozhikode

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media accounts.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices and strategies are being followed.
  • Analyze social media metrics and create regular reports on performance, including engagement, growth, and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visual and written content that supports branding and campaigns.
  • Implement paid social media campaigns and track effectiveness. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and community members.
  • Monitor competitors' social media activity and provide insights and recommendations.

Core Competencies

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and an eye for design.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
