Role and Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. R2R Analyst to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to handle record to report activities, including bank and balance sheet reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and period end activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP and be able to perform these tasks efficiently and accurately. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Directly interacting with international stakeholders, such as US and UK clients
  • Creating and taking ownership of process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Documented Training Plans (DTPs)
Candidate Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in record to report activities
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Center (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO)
  • Good understanding of intercompany transactions, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system
  • Familiarity with local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Required Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Record to Report
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Balance sheet Reconciliation
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Period end activities SAP
