Role Description

Skill- SAP R2R FI Lead

Job Title: R2R FI Lead (Record to Report – Financial Accounting Lead) Location : Bangalore Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Lead the R2R process design, implementation, and support within SAP FI and related modules. Oversee General Ledger (GL), Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets processes in SAP. Collaborate with SAP technical teams to deliver solutions using: SAP FI (Financial Accounting) SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) SAP S/4HANA (preferred) Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Drive automation and process improvements in R2R workflows. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for system upgrades, testing, and deployment. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and consultants. India GST implementation experience is a must. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in SAP FI and R2R processes, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong understanding of financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management. Knowledge on SAP technical modules and ability to work with developers is plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

FI – Bank and Cash Analyst / Specialist Location : Bangalore Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Manage daily bank postings, cash journal entries, and reconciliations in SAP FI. Support configuration and maintenance of SAP Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processes. Collaborate with SAP technical teams to implement enhancements using: SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to bank and cash accounts. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Work with treasury and finance teams to support bank integrations and payment processing. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Maintain documentation for reconciliations, configurations, and audit trails. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in R2R, bank accounting, or SAP FI roles. Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and cash management processes. Hands-on experience with SAP FI and related technical modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
