Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an SAP FI Specialist at Booking Holdings. The SAP FI Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules. Core responsibilities include configuring SAP FI modules, troubleshooting financial systems, analyzing financial processes, ensuring accurate data integrity, creating detailed documentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role will require a deep understanding of financial transactions, processes, and system integration within the organization's operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and proficiency in configuring FI modules and handling system implementations
  • Knowledge of financial processes, reporting, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting
  • Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting SAP system issues and maintaining data integrity
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, and delivering solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to documentation and technical requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Relevant certifications in SAP FI or ERP systems are advantageous
  • Prior experience in the financial or travel industry is a plus
