About The Role :

We are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our Finance Operations team in the Record-to-Report (R2R) function. The role involves managing the complete financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement of accounting and reporting operations.

Key Responsibilities :

· Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

· Prepare and review financial statements and reports in line with global accounting standards.

· Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting across multiple entities and business units.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.

· Support internal and external audit activities by preparing schedules and responding to auditor queries.

· Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

· Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and statutory regulations.

Requirements :

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting (MBA/CA Inter preferred).

· Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Record-to-Report or related financial processes.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Flexibility to work in US shifts.

Compensations :

· Analyst: Up to INR 5.5 LPA (5 Positions)

· Senior Analyst: Up to INR 9.0 LPA (15 Positions)

· Lead Analyst: Up to INR 14.0 LPA (20 Positions)

Additional Details :

· Initial 1 week (or more) of mandatory in-office training.

· Hybrid model applies post-training based on business requirements.
