Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Head at Shree Sai Enterprises, located in Uttarakhand, India. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. The HR Head will also be tasked with managing the HR team, working closely with other department heads to support their staffing needs, and fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Ability to develop and implement HR Policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certification such as SHRM or PHR is a plus
