Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Head at Shree Sai Enterprises, located in Uttarakhand, India. Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Ability to develop and implement HR Policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certification such as SHRM or PHR is a plus
