Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tourism & Hospitality Process Executive to assist clients with tour enquiries, travel planning, hotel bookings, and personalised itineraries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Client Enquiries & Travel Support

  • Attend and respond to client enquiries related to tours, travel packages, hotels, and destination details.
  • Understand client preferences and provide customised travel guidance based on budget, duration, and interests.
  • Suggest suitable packages, stays, and travel options.

Bookings & Coordination

  • Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, and vendors for smooth and timely reservations.
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations professionally.
  • Handle documentation, package details, and service confirmations accurately.

Personalised Itinerary Planning

  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries tailored to each client.
  • Share inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and guidelines clearly.
  • Maintain proper records of all bookings and client interactions.

Customer Experience

  • Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the trip.
  • Handle client concerns, offer timely updates, and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain long-term relationships through quality service and follow-up.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Basic understanding of travel packages, hotels, and destinations.
  • Ability to multitask, coordinate, and work with accuracy.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, booking tools).
  • Positive attitude and interest in travel & hospitality.
