Role Overview

We are looking for a Power BI Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

-Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights.

-Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

-Connect to multiple data sources (SQL, APIs, Excel, cloud & other databases) and build data models for efficient reporting.

-Implement DAX queries, Power Query (M), and data transformations to create optimized solutions.

-Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance tuning of Power BI reports.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, product owners) to integrate BI solutions into products.

-Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to improve report usability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

-1 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar BI role.

-Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.

-Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and ETL processes.

-Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

A-bility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

-Nice-to-Have (Preferred Skills)

-Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Azure Data Factory.

-Exposure to Python / R for data analytics(optional).

-Understanding of business processes in CRM, ERP, Sales, or Finance domains.
