Role Description

NIPO Hygienics is seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in New Delhi. This on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role also includes providing training and support to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and consistently driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Customer Service skills to address client needs and enhance satisfaction
  • Training skills to effectively educate clients about products and services
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the cleaning or hygiene industry is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is preferred
