We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Territory Manager to drive growth and lead our regional operations.

Role Overview

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a network of Shaadi Centres or Matchmaking Advisors, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in the assigned region. This role involves both strategic planning and on-ground execution to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement territory-level business plans to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage and expand Shaadi Centre operations or partner networks within the assigned geography.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of relationship managers or advisors to ensure high conversion and retention rates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-notch matchmaking experiences and service delivery.
  • Track territory performance metrics through CRM tools; prepare weekly and monthly business reports.
  • Organize local marketing or customer engagement initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify new growth opportunities within the territory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, ideally in consumer services, retail, or B2C sectors.
  • Proven record of managing a sales team or regional operations successfully.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
