Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator (Head Office)

Experience: Minimum 10 years (preferably in transmission line construction)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor 132 kV / 220 kV transmission line projects from planning to closure.
  • Should be open to travel/camp at site, as per Project requirement.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, progress reports, and material reconciliation statements.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for timely project execution.
  • Handle planning, scheduling, and follow-up activities for procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory clearances including PTCC, Railway, NH, Section 164, Section 68, CEIG, Civil Aviation, and Defence Aviation approvals.
  • Conduct and support internal audits, maintain proper documentation, and ensure project quality control.
  • Organize and lead project review meetings with vendors and field teams.
  • Prepare and verify billing, purchase orders, and amendments.
  • Undertake regular site visits for progress monitoring and quality verification.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word for project reporting and documentation
  • Marathi speaking will be added advantage.
  • Preferable not mandatory, having experience in project execution in Maharashtra.
