With a multi-carrier API that allows sellers to manage orders, print shipping labels, and avail tracking information from multiple providers, Shiprocket also offers state-of-the-art fulfillment solutions. The brand also provides a robust post-purchase experience to consumers, resulting in higher engagement and lower RTO (failed deliveries). Aside from being a shipping solutions provider, Shiprocket also serves as a Cash on Delivery payment gateway. The company recently ventured into the fin-tech space with their lending product 'Early COD'.
Today, Shiprocket is the force behind the country's 1 lakh plus sellers who generate a GMV of more than $1B annually on the platform. The brand delivers packets to nearly 25M consumers annually and is growing 3X year on year.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Overview:
We're looking for a highly networked and driven Sales Representative with a background in logistics and strong exposure to BFSI clients. In this role, your primary objective will be to open new doors and drive solution sales within the BFSI vertical, leveraging your existing relationships and industry knowledge to position Shiprocket as a strategic logistics partner.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in consultative selling, understands the regulatory and operational nuances of BFSI logistics, and can unlock enterprise opportunities through a trusted network.
Duties and Responsibilities (Indicative):
Lead Generation & Networking: Leverage your existing network within banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, and fintech firms to generate new business opportunities.
Enterprise Sales: Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and pitching to closure—specifically targeting BFSI logistics use-cases like card/pin delivery, document movement, CX-led dispatches, and more.
Consultative Selling: Understand BFSI operational pain points and propose relevant Shiprocket solutions (e.g., secure deliveries, address validation, intelligent allocation, NDR workflows).
Stakeholder Management: Engage with CXOs, procurement heads, and operations leads to build long-term strategic relationships.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong and healthy funnel using CRM tools, reporting regularly on progress and forecasting.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, operations, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions and scalable solution delivery
Preferred Skills:
Experience: 3–6 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain tech, or related SaaS sectors.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of logistics applications within BFSI, including compliance, security, and turnaround time sensitivity.
Network: Proven access to decision-makers and influencers across BFSI organizations—ability to "get a foot in the door" quickly.
Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities; experience closing complex, high-value deals.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and basic sales reporting.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to regulated environments like RBI or IRDAI guidelines
Prior experience selling managed logistics or shipping tech solutions
Understanding of address intelligence, fraud mitigation, or secure logistics use-cases
