Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers in the BFSI sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in B2C Sales or related field (BFSI).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective lead generation, conversion rates improvement.
- Strong understanding of insurance products/services offered by various companies; ability to communicate effectively about these offerings.
Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly over phone/email/in-person interactions.
