Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Exterior Design Lead, located in Pune. The Exterior Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of the exterior elements of our transportation systems. Tasks include conceptualizing and sketching design ideas, collaborating with engineering teams, conducting design reviews, and ensuring design feasibility and aesthetics. The role requires leadership in guiding the design team and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and technological advancements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD software, rendering tools, and design software
  • Min 5 yrs of experience in automotive design in an OEMs
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage design projects from concept to production
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field
  • Prior experience with electric vehicles is a plus
  • Innovative thinking and a passion for design
