Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer – Migration is responsible for promoting and selling migration and visa services to prospective clients. This is a target-based sales role focused on converting inquiries into clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization in the migration and overseas education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain immigration and migration services, eligibility, and procedures to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams for smooth file handling.
  • Participate in promotional events, seminars, and marketing activities.
  • Keep updated on immigration laws, policies, and program changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Migration, Overseas Education, or Consulting)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and intrest in immigration sales may also apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
