Job Description

The Board of Director (BOD) at Airon Group plays a key role in guiding the organization's strategic direction, ensuring effective governance, and supporting executive leadership in achieving business goals. The BOD contributes to decision-making, policy formulation, and long-term planning to ensure sustainable growth and success. This includes analyzing future market trends, setting measurable business goals, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and ensuring that the company's resources are effectively allocated for continuous improvement.

They focus on building a strong organizational foundation that supports innovation, financial stability, and social responsibility, while maintaining alignment with the company's mission and core values. The Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving company growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client presentations, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Job Role And Responsibilities

· Institutional and corporate tie ups

· Marketing and promotion

· Handle queries, feedback, and ensure a smooth admission process.

· Promote training programs and workshops through institutional outreach.

· Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and organizations for training collaborations.
