Role Summary: As the Branch Sales Manager, youll play a vital role in driving growth, managing a passionate team of 6-12 ASMs, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. This dynamic leadership role combines strategy, business development, and mentorship to help expand UDLs footprint.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, dealers, and distributors to expand UDLs client base.
- Manage accounts receivables effectively to ensure smooth cash flow and financial health.
- Monitor and optimize sales expenses while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and provide market feedback to improve offerings.
- Use CRM tools to track sales performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market trends and growth.
Qualifications:
- Educational background: MBA/Graduate
- Experience: 7-15 years
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, key account management, and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Ability to think strategically and translate plans into results.
