The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the laminate and plywood industry, with an established dealer network, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.Role Summary:The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all channel sales operations in the assigned region. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, expanding the dealer network, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. The role requires a strong background in laminate or plywood sales and a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Business Development:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market share targets within the assigned region.- Establish and expand a strong network of dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional clients.- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and emerging trends in the laminate and plywood segment.- Work closely with the General Manager / Director(s) to align branch objectives with the organizations overall business strategy.- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional activities, trade meets, and market activation programs.Channel Management:- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with channel partners, ensuring loyalty and consistent business flow.- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners to strengthen the companys market penetration.- Negotiate and finalize vendor tie-ups, pricing, and trading terms with channel partners and key accounts.- Ensure smooth operations of the channel sales and trading teams, maintaining coordination across all stakeholders.Team Leadership & Operations:- Set up and manage the branchs internal infrastructure, including teams, systems, and processes.- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet organizational goals and maintain high-performance standards.- Provide coaching and guidance to the team for effective client servicing, negotiation, and business closure.- Monitor daily sales activities, performance metrics, and ensure adherence to company policies and reporting structures.- Ensure that all operations and reporting comply with corporate guidelines and centralized systems.Market & Performance Analysis:- Conduct regular market analysis to track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences.- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.- Identify process improvements and implement corrective measures to optimize sales efficiency and profitability.Key Expectations:- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the laminate/plywood industry, with overall 1517 years of sales experience.- Proven success in expanding markets, increasing market share, and establishing profitable long-term relationships.- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior in the Jaipur and Rajasthan region.- Ability to market an integrated portfolio of products and services effectively.- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of branch performance and revenue targets.Key Skills & Competencies:- Channel Sales & Distribution Management- Dealer / Distributor Relationship Management- Project & Institutional Sales (Government / Private)- Strategic Sales Planning & Execution- Business Development & Market Expansion- Team Leadership & Mentorship- Profitability & Revenue Management- Trade Marketing & Promotions- Negotiation & Stakeholder ManagementEducational Qualification:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce.- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.Why Join Ogaan Laminates:- Opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing regional sales team.- Work with one of Indias fast-growing laminate brands with a strong market reputation.- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Dynamic and growth-oriented work culture.
